An organisation to help preserve this unique church was set up in 1996.
The Friends of St. Andrew's not only raise money for repairing the building, but also seek to promote the church as a heritage site for visitors. The Friends provided the initiative for this web site.

The Friends hold an annual service and get-together, which is usually on St. Andrew's Day - November 30th.
